Our Saunas are wood-burning, so you want an area close to your house. However, some privacy is always nice and with 360 degree views, putting it around something peaceful to look at will only enhance the sauna experience. *For safety reasons, there should be no overhanging branches and the area should be a safe distance away from all structures.

With temperatures reaching up to 200 degrees, the heat penetrates deep into the body, supporting muscle recovery, natural detoxification, and improved skin health. To see prolonged benefits, sauna 4-7 times per week for at least 15 minutes/session.

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the session time to other clients seeking restoration and relaxation.
